We have an attached 1-car garages to store your vehicle. Use the workbench in the garage, or take it out and put in a garage refrigerator instead.

The "sunroom" is perhaps our most desirable feature. Residents enjoy the tongue and groove pine walls and expansive windows to gaze from.
Clubhouse
Free to use! Residents love this resource for get-togethers. Resident-sponsored events are commonplace here in the evening.

Each unit has the appliances that you are used to, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, over-the-range microwave, and laundry appliances.
Laundry Room
Our spacious laundry rooms include both a washer and a dryer. Some people place their own chest freezer in this room as well.
